  • I can't even remember how many times I've been to Echo & Rig. Yes, it's that good! Today, I visited there for a lunch meeting. I knew they served Sunday brunch, yet didn't know they also served that delicious menu on Saturday. Regardless, my main focus was on their mouth-watering burger, which I've have many times, as well as their salt & pepper fries. As usual, the burger was cooked to perfection! Even though they normally have great service, it seemed like they really stepped up their game. When I was half way done with my iced green tea, they quickly gave me another glass (I'm a heavy drinker). Nan was our server today and she rocked! To say that I enjoyed my experience today was an understatement!
