  • The only reason they get two stars instead of one is because they actually answer the phone. After that it's all downhill. I have had my jeep serviced here a few times and each time there is an issue that is mind-numbingly stupid and completely avoidable. This most recent was when I called to make an appointment to get my oil changed. She told me "you don't need an appointment, just use our express lane." I asked, "how long does express take?" Her response was "who knows? Sometimes it's pretty quick but today it's almost two hours." I then said "two hours isn't express, can't I just make an appointment, my time is valuable." She then sent me to a voicemail, I hung up, determined to never use them again. I love my Grand Cherokee, but I miss my Infinity, their service is 10x better than what Tempe Jeep can offer. I won't be returning.
