  • The manager and staff are very nice and courteous BUT, trying to make an online payment is ridiculous! After creating a login account when I moved in, the very next month I wasn't able to login and/or make my payment online and thought, no biggie, I'll just reset my password and THAT WAS A DEAD END TOO! 12/12/2017: It wouldn't recognize my password again today and since I've only put a little bit of stuff in storage, I'm seriously considering moving to another storage facility.
