  • I went to the Maryland Pwky store to have my IPod looked at to get a recommendation on if repairable or not. I went at 10am and was told by their Geek squad that they were too busy (no suggestion to wait for available and only 1 other person waiting)! Worst customer service Ever! I have spent a lot of money at Best Buy but No More!!! I went to The Apple Store, and they wer much busier than BB and they assisted me and at no charge!, you want excellent service go to the Apple Store!
