  • They like to pull a bait and switch on you. I was in an accident and they were the towing company that showed up. I called to find out what I needed to come down and get my personal items from the car and was informed I only needed my ID. I had a friend drive me down there and when I arrived they told me it would be $41 to grab my stuff because it was a weekend(how does this matter, they are there just like any other day.) Then they had the nerve to say "I told every single person that called today that there was a $41 fee to see their car" which is a lie. They never told me about any fees until I drove across town to get to them. I think they assume since you are already there they have a better chance at getting the money from you. I would give less than 1 star if I could.
