  • Am employee made a joke about how they let me past the front door with my backpack.. How funny. Do you ask all your female customers to surrender their purse? I'm sorry but I'm not there to steal petty items from a f**king auto zone store. Thankfully he didn't directly ask me to leave my backpack up front or else this employee would of opened an entirely different can of worms. 1 star for belittling and discriminatory customer service. I will continuing shipping at PEP BOYS only 1/2 mile down the street from you, which has 1,000 times more inventory. UPDATE- made a return on 5/10 for $18. Went back to use the store credit gift card and the card was BLANK!!! Are you kidding me!? They have me a blank card. Now I'm going through the hassle of calling the corporate office because the manager ROBERTO doesn't have the brains to figure this out for his customers. And VICTORIA is the one who issues me the false card while Howe little daughter played behind the counters. Place is a frickin train wreck!!
