Funeral Director Michael Jones is completely unreachable and when you do reach him and ask him to do something a certain way it wasn't done correctly for me multiple times. Also, I learned this after the memorial service... My client was to be cremated. He passed away early Wednesday morning. The memorial service was at 5pm the following Thursday, 8 days later. After the family left the service I was packing up the flowers and I realized the urn was still there. I was surprised as I thought the family would be taking my client with them so I asked the staff and was informed it was an empty urn and my client was still at the crematorium. Excuse me? He died 8 days ago and they didn't bother to have him cremated in time? What was the hold up? Why schedule the memorial service if his ashes aren't back in time? While I adored my client, if that were my loved one's memorial service and they did it without their ashes being present, I would have been livid. There are wonderful funeral homes out there. This isn't one of them.
