Bought 2 cell phones and protection plan on 12/5/11 returned phones following day reviewed my AmEX bill for for credit early Jan saw charge was still on for $5.99 and $9.99 went to store told to call service center in Minn. called they told me to go to store because store has to call re cancellation on 1/9/ 12 met with store mgr told me everything would be taken care of credit would be issued still waiting went back on 2/6/12 again said store said they would call call center had no idea that I was in store in early Jan said it would take 10 to l15 days to resolve well after 2months still not resolved. They sure know how to pass the buck very unhappy Ken H
