| - I'm having a hard time understanding how Hyatt is flagged with this hotel. The biggest reason for a one star is the cleanliness of this hotel. The first thing we noticed checking in on Friday early evening was the green, yes green, pool water. Wondering if this was a different hotel and Hyatt acquired it? Two different wall air conditioning units that shook and were very loud when they went on and off all night. Saturday morning we went to shower and noticed scum all around the ring of the insert in the shower. Then, we come down to breakfast. I pick up a cup to get coffee and there was somebody else's lipstick stain on it. I then picked up a clear glass to grab some water and that cup also had a lipstick stain on it. The girl making the made to order breakfast looked like she just got out of bed and was extremely unfriendly. She lost my husband's order and never apologized or offered to make him another omelette. The breakfast station floor was sticky to the bottom of our feet. They ran out of forks and bowls, food was all over the floor, nothing was refilled unless someone said something to the front desk person. It was so unorganized. We never saw one employee, not one, taking care of the breakfast area both mornings we came downstairs.. The next morning I opened a washcloth and there was somebody else's eye make up and lipstick on it. When I approached the front desk person on Sat about the cleanliness issues, she apologized and offered to refund us some points into our account. The next day when I expressed my new concerns about the cleanliness of this hotel, she kept saying this is not how we operate. Upon checkout, not one word as said to us. No apologies. The other question I have is, isn't there a dress code that Hyatt has for its employees? Every employee we noticed checking out today had jeans and a T-shirt on. The only decent thing about this place was the bed. Location was close to the Billy Graham Library but in a very shady part of town
