  • I'm docking Holsteins are star because the service has gotten to be somewhat hit or miss. Sometimes on point, sometimes not so much. Others have made similar observations, so I know it's not just me. Let's put it this way, I skipped Holsteins on my most recent trip because I was uncertain about how the service was going to be. And based the service that caused me to skip Holsteins on my most recent trip, the four-star rating is itself a bit of a legacy rating.
