rev:text	First off I had a groupon credit so that's why it's getting 2 stars.. Because I didn't really pay for this service. If I had I would of either given 1 star or would of left... The group on was for a deluxe Mani pedi.. I called 4 days in advance for for first available appt of the day (Saturday 10am) I decided to add gel for +$15. I arrived 5-7 minutes before my appt picked colors and it began.. Except it didn't.. They had two employees there at opening and kept "fitting people in" meaning turning the pedi water on and getting them seated to wait. Pedicure was done by a guy and it wasn't bad honestly.. He was a little rough but I'd prefer rough and get dry skin off versus not. The girl who was to do my manicure (African American lady) had to of been very new.. She was annoyed I had gel already on my fingers.. Most people who do gel manis come in with gel on there already - I mean right? She was visibly flustered and upset that there were 4 people waiting to be serviced - they were clearly over committing and under delivering. She not only was unprofessional in her attitude and verbal distaste about the management to me the customer.. But the manicure was awful.. Very very slow & filed and cut my cuticles as if I was a brand new baby needing to be handled with care. I had to watch to make sure the gel was even dried before each coat because she wasn't paying attention. I left with dry cuticles and not a very relaxed disposition as my whole time was spent making sure it didn't look like I did them myself. Won't be back.
