Went to the Junction Road location to replace my nonfunctioning phone. I had just a short wait, and told the sales associate (Debbie Johnson) what phone I wanted. She left and came back with a different, more expensive phone. I repeatedly explained to her that wasn't the phone that I wanted. She finally went back and got it. Then she repeatedly went back into the merchandise area to select items for me to purchase. I told her repeatedly that I didn't want to buy anything except the phone, but she wouldn't listen. She said she "wanted me to have something". Finally I had my new phone and was satisfied but rather annoyed because of my mediocre experience with a sales associate badly wanting to make some commission. Later I noticed I couldn't access the internet with the 4G alone. Back I go to the phone store. Turns out my phone wasn't set up properly. I'd call that rather poor customer service.
