  • Horribly inaccurate waiting times, with no real way of telling when you will be next or soon even. In the morning the employees just slowly get people through and then after lunch slightly step it. I knew I was going to have to wait a couple hours but I've been here since 740(before doors opened) and am still here at a little past 2 now.
