Very horrible customer service! I was there yesterday panicking with my sister. Our parents got stuck in California and we needed a car asap. He was going to charge us $560 for one day for only 200miles after that it would cost us more. We also had to provide an $850 deposit. Because we were desperate we said okay. He then gave us two options in vehicles. Both cars were super old and by old i mean it looked like they were made in the early 2000's. one of the cars even said "check oil engine". We informed him about this and he said someone didn't put the cap on the right however I have experience with cars myself and I know that wasn't the situation. We asked for a better car and better year because under these weather conditions we want to make sure we wouldn't get stuck like my parents did. He told us it would cost us near $2,000, all together. Believe it or not we agreed until he took my card and told me my chip isn't working and he wouldn't take my other card and said he would need cash instead. That was the point where I told my sister let's go. He's ripping us off. Which was completely true! We went to enterprise and actually got a new 2015 mini van with unlimited mileage all for under $200. Please do not go here. The gentleman working at the counter was so hostile and definitely did not care about our situation nor was he willing to help. He just wants to screw people out of their money. Super upset.
Also, I would like to add that we pulled up in my sister's BMW and I'm sure because of that, that they were going to charge us that ridiculous amount. (We couldn't drive her car there it needed an oil change and time was of essence for us)
