From the moment we walked in I knew we were in for in for an interesting experience. Instead of being greeted with a smiling, friendly "Hi, welcome to cains" we were greeted with a frantically working, unhelpful, stressed out hostess who had no clue how to deal with the influx of people. We were there during a breakfast rush. When we walked in the hostess told us that it would be 45 minutes for the kitchen to prepare our food. Since we had known cains for their delicious breakfast, we thought the wait would be worth it. But an hour and fifteen minutes later we get our food. My Breakfast burrito tasted like nothing and a our food was cold. The only good thing about the experience was the warm donuts. Poor service, crappy food. Overall not the way a restaurant should be run.
