  • It's certainly gone downhill since Greystar purchased the place. K***** in the office is a wonderful person but the manager and her other assistant are exceptionally rude. ALL of your windows will be SINGLE PANE which means you hear every little noise from outside and your heating bill will be rather high as there is no insulation, which is rather shoddy for a "higher end" complex. The gym is tiny. There have been multiple break-ins where the crooks have kicked down doors... the management addresses this by leaving you a note that instructs you to "remember to lock your door"... LOL. On the upside the location is awesome, I find it to be relatively quiet, and have not personally had a problem with neighbours or break-ins. Won't miss it that much when I move, though, especially now that prices are going up.
