  • While I love capriotti's overall, people should steer clear of this particular location. Overall the last six months I have gone in numerous times and ordered both the veggie turkey and veggie cole turkey for myself and family. On each occasion the food and service has steadily declined. Generally speaking the employees appear to have a general disregard for the customers as indicated by the not so nice things said in under their breath. Although I can overlook rudeness when the service is quick and the food is good, that ended today. After waiting for 25 minutes to get a single sandwich, when I got it home to my surprise the sandwich was not only mostly bread but it was "made" and I use that term loosely, made incorrect. Personally if I was the manager/owner I would be embarrassed.
