  • Needed my driver side rear window. replaced First call was to Safelite at 4:00 PM on a Monday and they were able to schedule a mobile repair appointment the very next day. They sent a confirmation email within minutes after hanging up with appointment date, time and price. I called the next day to confirm the appointment and also see if they could apply a coupon code for $30.00 off that I found after I booked my appointment. They gladly adjusted my quote and sent me a new confirmation email. Mark the tech called and told me he would be to the house in 10 minutes. He was friendly, neat with his work and very polite. He even smiled. (I mentioned that because another review said their tech didn't smile). I was going to call around and check prices but because Safelite made it so easy it wasn't worth my time to see if I could save a buck.
