  • Took our 2010 Honda Insight here today for their $19.69 oil change + rotation. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to pick up the car to a $57 charge. They'd used full synthetic oil (which my car, they say, requires), even though the 6 oil changes I've previously done at the Honda dealership didn't use full synthetic. I was upset, and they cut the price to $40, but that was the best they would do. If they're going to charge 3x the listed price, they could at least call me for a heads up. I won't be returning to Conrads again.
