  • I have used this Cox Solutions Store on many occasions and have not had a bad experience with the staff. This past week I visited the store to talk to someone about my bill. I just felt that, after being with Cox for over 14 years, I was paying a little too much for TV and Internet service. I met with Audra. She is one of their better assets for dealing with customers. I explained by situation and asked if there was anything Cox could do to help us out. She was very understanding and quoted me a new price that was very fair. I know that some people have had problems in the past with their customer service. Trust me, I expect good customer service from whatever business I am dealing with and Audra was great.
