  • Now I see why they have 2 stars. They need to get the act together. 2nd time I have gone here and gotten a different total from the order screen to the window. Won't come back to this Wendy's again. Update: Called because when I got home I realized I only had half salads instead of full. Joe provided the proper customer service and is replacing both salads. I wish the manager at the window had provided this.
