  • I purchased and closed on my 1st home early in October with the help of Aaron Mazza. From offer to close, it was a quick 29 days. Any and all questions I had as a 1st time home buyer, he answered promptly and professionally! Every once in a while I could stump him, but he was "Flash" quick to get me an honest and trustworthy answer. I could rely on the fact I could reach him 24/7, and a response within 20-30 minutes of leaving a voicemail (most the times he would be calling be back as I was leaving a message). He say's an hour for a return call/text, but he was all over my questions, paperwork and fantastic liaison between the mortgage lender. I went through a few of those, but he recommended American Financial Network. Those guys over there are GREAT. Between AFN and Mazza Realty, I purchased a home with my VA at a AWESOME percentage rate and 0% down. This GUY has it together. Stellar Work all the way around! Highly recommend...tell him I sent you. I almost want to buy another, just for the experience.
