I took my vehicle for service. The agreed upon repair wasn't completed as I was told it would be. The service manager, Chris Gordon, told me he was in charge and that I had to direct all complaints to him. Later I was informed that his boss "was the service director, not me"
He refused to explain certain things to me in laymen's terms that I was not understanding regarding my repair and made me feel stupid for asking questions.
This was a really negative experience and makes me hesitant to purchase a Subaru in the future based on the poor customer service.
