  • Not sure how to rate this place. I am sure they do great work, not just with my dog. Their reviews on FB are awesome. Photos show the work they do. However, in my case, they were just thrown. My daughter took my 9-pound mixed breed to them. Because my dog is a nervous dog, we self groomed so admittedly she was a hot mess. However, upon attempting to groom her, they insisted her long tail was matted fur. Clearly, it was not because they cut off a good three inches of her tail, confusing it with matted fur. They claimed it was a clipper nip, they used liquid bandage, which didn't work, my dog bled through the night. We took her to the vet and they confirmed it was cut to the bone, actually 'off'. Now they honestly may not have known, I would have hated to smell the garbage because they thought it was fur when it was flesh. I don't see how they didn't know, I mean as soon as I saw the stump I knew. So, why did I give 2 stars instead of 1? They didn't charge me and upon the 'cutting off' accident, my dog nipped the one groomer.
