| - They Do Not know what they are doing here! I scheduled a laser treatment & when I got there,I was asked to fill out 5 pages of paper wrk. When I was done with that, I was asked to fill out another 5 pages on an Ipad. Asking questions NO medical office has EVER asked before. That took 15 mins. And I didn't need to see a Dr. I was just getting a laser treatment. Dr. Yamane called me back for what I thought was my treatment, only to b asked 20 more questions by this Rude Dr. When I explained to him that I've been getting Lipo laser for over a year at other medical spas, he challenged my knowledge. Asking me " well what was the name of the laser you've used?" And " did an actual Dr. answer your questions, cuz they gave u false information". When in Fact, a REAL MD Did Treat me before. He didn't believe me! So I had to give him the name of the Dr. ???? Did I go in for a treatment or an INTERROGATION? At this point, I had been there for 45 mins, just for him to tell me I can now schedule a treatment which are booked out for 2 weeks!!! W HAT?!?! I told him my treatment was today & I was Never informed this was ONLY a consultation. Dr. Yamane didn't care, & just walked me to the receptionist & said " schedule her a treatment", and literally Just walked away! The receptionist who was a very sweet girl, apologized for him. Disgusting how he treats potential customers!!
