  • Terrible. I had called three weeks prior to my friend's birthday to reserve balloons and for them to be ready for 1:00pm on Friday. I had even called again three days prior to that day to confirm with someone and they said it wouldn't be a problem. When I got to the store. I waited in line for forever because they only had two people working at the store and I also found that my order wasn't filled.
