Overpriced and terrible service. Everything in Toronto is about this expensive but truly the service here is awful. They just opened back up for season a few weeks ago. Our waitress told us they have an all new staff, so they have bad retention. She also messed up 2 out of the 3 food orders we placed. When asked about it she said it was held up due to a "reservation". There was practically no one there. We ordered drinks at the bar and they were quick and the bartenders were friendly. Our friend ordered from our cabana and each round took 25 minutes. After about an hour of waiting for the sliders AFTER she said she checked on them she came out and said they were not serving half the menu and we needed to reorder. I don't know why it took her an hour and a half to figure this out but she came and informed us that our food was indeed not being made. Again, they were not busy. When we were paying we had to split the check 6 ways. Each of us only had two drinks and only 3 of us got food. She printed the checks incorrectly 3 times. This is probably the most frustrating customer service experience I've ever had. It was so bad that I left a 1 star review, something you'll notice I never do. It was SO BAD that I will post this review to every social media page for this establishment. I don't appreciate slow service and I especially don't like it when a server tries to lie, especially if they're a bad liar. Don't waste your time here. The service is awful the servers lie and they did nothing to ensure a pleasant customer experience. No one came to talk to us or anything. We are very disappointed. The view wasn't even that good. 100% over rated.
