I have stayed at Hotel Zero1 twice now. Both times the experience has been quite enjoyable. The location is perfect, as it is right in the centre of my favourite spots in Montreal. However, upon my most recent stay, I happened to forget my wallet and a few clothing items in a drawer of the room I was staying in. As soon as I had realized, I contacted the hotel. I was on hold for nearly 15 minutes before getting through, which is surprising because I have never seen the front desk very busy. I was then forwarded to their lost & found department for whom I left a message that was supposed to be returned in 24-48 hours according to the automated message. After not hearing back, I tried again and had the same thing happen. I called a third time and was on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. I was so frustrated I just gave up and ordered a new card. Customer service is clearly not a priority
