After numerous phone calls to give updated info about new bank account Progressive STILL tried to take out money from an old bank account.
My checkbook was stolen in the summer and probably didn't tell Progressive as I had to update to many other companies and it slipped my mind as I usually pay Progressive by card anyway, and ONE payment was returned, ok I own that IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY I will not own the other attempts against a CLOSED account that's on them
It's been fine since December.
But...
Just received a ,tacky, letter stating I have a poor payment history and will have to pay a certain way other than automatic payments when it wasn't even my fault.
