  • Love this place. I used to eat at Fuji Ichiban in Japan and on Guam, so when I moved out here I was looking for the same great ramen place. After trying a few places in Vegas, stumbling across this place was a great find. It's like stepping into Japan when you walk through the doors. Great service, great food, and worth the trip. Their menu is typical Japanese, both written on the walls and then the picture menu for the American people. I always order their jellyfish salad, karage, tonkatsu ramen, and tempuras. YUMMY. Coming from Japan and Guam, this ramen reminds me of Fuji all the way. You have to eat here when you have time late at night and are craving some Japanese flair. Give it a try--it will definitely be worth your while.
