This could have easily been avoided if the management and staff had simply done their job and sent the product which I paid for in March! After 3 months, the harness which I had purchased should have arrived. After reaching out to their Facebook messenger page and speaking with a manager, Francis, I assumed all would be taken care. I even called the store and spoke to the manager and was told that he would promptly return my call. Now I must call my credit card company and have the charges reversed. I think a call to the Toronto BBB would also be in order. Don't shop here unless you want to be screwed over!
UPDATE: the manager has taken ownership and corrected the situation. As a former retail manager for a large coffee company, he did everything right. He acknowledged the error, coached the behavior/actions which caused the issue and offered a solution. I will change my review to 4 stars.
