  • I have never reviewed anything on Yelp but I am compelled to review the folks at Early Bird appliance repair company because they are simply exceptional! As a result of my home warranty company requiring Early Bird to order parts and have them sent versus having Early Bird procure the parts and be reimbursed by the warranty company, there was a delay of six days vs perhaps having gotten the part in 24-48 hours. This part was for my clothes washing machine and we are a family of 7 and were about to go on vacation and needed to pack. Needless to say I was not a happy camper but although I wasn't the most patient person Brenda at Early Bird was a calming force and was consistently following up with the warranty company to "encourage " them to send the part. The minute Early Bird received the shipment for the part they sent a technician to repair it so that I would have my washer for at least an evening before I left on a week vacation with my family. Thank you Brenda and Chip at Early Bird for understanding how important that was for me and my family and making us a priority.
