  • This whole concept is a pretty good idea ... if it was in the US. The concept of this shopping area just does not work this far north. It is perfect for hot summer locations like in the southern US but this far north, it just doesn't work. Don't get me wrong, in the summer time, it is awesome here. People can walk around, relax, hang out, etc. However, once it starts getting cold, no one will want to walk around. The big problem is that there is absolutely no parking and no access to the subway. If you don't have a car, you will need to take the buses to get here.
