  • The office staff is so rude and incompetent. They hung up on me twice when I called in asking a question. ALL I needed was a doctors note to be sent to me for my work and they didn't want to take care of it. I had to physically come back into the office to essentially get in their face about and even then, they were still rude and hesitant to provide me with one. Never coming back.
