  • Employment drug test on a Thursday at 7pm review---- Setting: clean, well lit and near the airport, with a large lobby with plenty of magazines, a terrible movie on TV, a water cooler, and a keurig machine with lots of drink options Front desk: not too chipper or friendly but not rude either. Well-staffed and greeted me right upon entry and got me checked in ASAP. They couldn't seem to find my employer for some reason, so it probably took another 5 minutes longer than it should have. Drug test: well, it's a pee in the cup situation, nothing too exciting here. They didn't have the door wide open during the deed, which is a nice change. The gal was nice and friendly, friendlier than the front desk. Timing: I was in and out of the facility in less than 20 minutes. I asked if this was normal and they said it really just fluctuates, since they are open 24 hours a day and do a lot of workman's comp cases (amazon, airport employees, random walk-ins) Summary: maybe call before you stop by in case they are understaffed and especially if you need to see a provider (eg not just there for a urinalysis), but I was so very pleasantly surprised with Concentra!
