One of the more authentic Korean restaurants in Toronto. It was the first Korean restaurant I tried in this area and was really impressed. It came with a lot of side dishes that had great variety. The rice that came with meals was the purple kind, which I rarely find even at Owl. They used to give out a free flat egg omelette with soy sauce back then per table. The prices are also significantly lower than others, i.e. stews would be around 8 dollars as opposed to 10 - 11 dollars elsewhere but portions are still good.
I recently ordered the spicy beef and vegetable stew. I was glad they used the right beef brisket, as opposed to others who just use easier beef slices. It was indeed spicy and I believed there could be more layers of flavour.
