  • Tried to return something a day after purchasing it due to a mislabeled size. They decided to close an hour early two weeks before Christmas for a staff Christmas party. Outside the locked door I called them to let them know I needed just quick assistance and had driven 30 minutes to get there. They said "too bad." WOW! what great customer service. I was there 45 minutes before they were supposed to close that evening and this is how they act. Shameful.
