rev:text	This company took over our apartments 2 years ago. In those 2 years we go from 600 dollars to 900 dollars a month. Before they took over we had our rent the same price for 3 years. All they care about it money. They dont care about us tenents. Before they took over our gate key was 15 dollars once they took over it went up to 50 dollars. That sure is a big difference. Try to stay away from any places that is owned by them.
