  • I do not know who this Ashley A. is who had "bad" service. I have been using Becky at H&R Block for going on 15 years. She (and H&R Block) has not only made sure that I was getting the most for my refund, but the one year I thought I was going to owe the government money, they went back over my taxes and helped me find money that I left on the table. She will ask you a million questions to make sure all the bases are covered. Instead of owing money, I was getting a refund. Becky is devoted to her clients and has their best interests at heart. She and the rest of the staff at H&R Block go out of their way to assist and help everyone that comes into their office. They are professional and friendly to all that go there. If it ever seems like she "is all over the place" it's because she is a "senior associate" and wanting to double check her work that she is getting the answers from her client. She also assists other associates with their difficult issues. I highly recommend them to do any financial work that you may need, especially their taxes.
