rev:text	Horrible experience! I took the bus from Phoenix to North Hollywood a couple weeks ago. The bus broke down somewhere along the 10 freeway. The bus driver was a complete animal-- she wouldn't let any of know what was going on, the bathroom started to overflow and she wouldn't let anyone off the bus to relieve themselves. If she did this for safety reasons that's fine but communicate. Someone actually jumped out the bus window because he was getting so over heated and when the new bus finally arrived they drove past this poor guy who was walking along the side of the freeway in the middle of the desert and just left him there. We were stranded on the side of the road for over 5 hours. At one point the bus driver proceeded to tell us that it's our fault we were stuck. She said "you know how we roll, maybe you shouldn't have been such cheap asses and take the train or a plane next time". This is an actual employee of Greyhound! I actually have this all recorded on my cell phone camera too. Then after finally arriving to LA I obviously missed my transfer to North Hollywood. I assumed I would just be given a full refund from my trip from hell but NOPE...they actually just have me a refund for the LA to North Hollywood trip I missed since I used the first portion. REALLY? I had to pay for an UBER out of pocket to get to my final destination. If you can afford other means of transportation don't take the greyhound. Oh, and Greyhound don't bother responding with your canned response of "we are sorry we failed you, please send us more information". You have all my information. I mailed a letter in over 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear from anyone....
