dimly-lit bustling brewpub boasting bunches of brews. dieu du ciel is known for crafting some incredible beers, and most of what i tried here did not disappoint. they do hoppy beers really well (pale ales, IPAs), so be sure to try some of those. don't forget to cap off your drinking session with a glass of their péché mortel, which is one of the greatest beers of all-time in my opinion.
our party ordered some nachos to share, which i found to be rather average, but they served their purpose in being something to munch on while i drank delicious beer.
our waiter was very polite and made sure to check on us when he could. however, i felt that the brewpub was understaffed. all the tables were filled when we got there, plus the bar area and the patio, and yet i think there were only two waitstaff available during our entire visit
