SERIOUSLY. This place has the best buns in the city, hands down. The custard bun with a pineapple top? To die for.
The shop itself is surprisingly big, despite the fact it can only seat 20 people. Half of it is cut off for the bakery, where they have fresh-made chinese buns pumping out throughout the day. If you'd like to sit down for breakfast, they have your typical HK cafe style foods: soup noodles (or instant noodles!) with ham or luncheon meat with a sunnyside egg and toast, etc.
The food is decently priced ($5.50 for breakfast meal that comes with a milk tea), and the service is fast. They do seem to rush you out since they don't have a lot of tables and there's no real system of waiting for one, so it's best to go on a slower weekday. The milk tea here is pretty good and you can upgrade your toast to a pineapple bun with butter (drool!) for just $1!
Cash only! :)
