  • GLENDA helped us out when we walked in at 8:25 PM today April 1st. He had the Note 3 like I do, GPS doesn't work. Goes straight to voicemail, delayed texts, screen freezes and he gots calls from himself... Glenda was super professional and walked us through the paperwork and low a behold she said we got a &100 Best Buy Gift card so we used it on the taxes. It's free money and we still have $22 left on the gift card. What amazing service from Glenda. She was charmingly funny too. Even let us stay after 9 PM to finish up switching the phone contacts.
