Dropped car off on Friday morning to have DLR fixed. Got call in late afternoon that it was a US car and didn't have DLRs. Only problem was it did. We owned it since new and the DLRs were factory installed. We went to dealer a 4pm we were question again did the car really have DLRs. Finally about 530 pm we were told yes they ran test and the car had DLRs(surprise we were right). Now they said they need to get a relay on Monday and we could pick it up Tuesday. After no follow up from service department by Tuesday PM, I had to call a few time and ask for manager. Finally was told part was coming Wednesday. We picked up fixed car on Wednesday. The poor review was for not even looking for problem until late Friday and poor follow-up.
