  • I really don't wAnt to spew hate or point fingers, but I will say on three separate incidents I was not satisfied and feel ripped off. It would only be two occasions but I had to return to get something fixed under warranty which they did honor , but later found out was wrong part and still not fixed properly. This was all over a year ago maybe things have changed but I do not recommend hectors. I will say hector and the receptionist where very friendly and professional so maybe it was not ownerships fault .
