| - It's unfortunate that one bad experience can affect the review of an entire establishment, but that's the reality of the hospitality business. Great room, great view, pretty good location with a lot to walk to nearby, but then there is the parking situation. There is no self parking, so everything is valet at $38 per day, but that's not even the issue here.
I asked the night before to have valet bring my car down at 8:30 am to leave for the airport. I also called down around 8:20 to make sure it would be ready by 8:45. When I got down to the front my rental was not pulled up. I let them know I was headed to the airport and needed to get going as the lady working the desk was looking for another person's lost vehicle. After 25 minutes the pulled my car up, and both the lady working the desk and the person that brought the car mentioned that they had it pulled up at 8:15, but had parked it again... without an explanation as to why. She didn't show any care or concern when I told her i was running behind, and didn't work with any sort of urgency. She was rude, and I don't care if it had been pulled up early based on my prior request, it wasn't there when I needed it and there were no other cars in the drive suggesting they needed the room. There were 15 or 20 cars when I dropped it off the day before and the gentleman running valet handled it much better than this rude, unhelpful lady. Save your time and patience and stay at the Marriott or Westin. Their operation here is a joke, which is 5oo bad because the room and hotel itself were great.
