I have been going to this Great Clips since they opened their doors not sure how long its been but its gotta be close to 10 years. Long story short I only had my discover card with me (my mistake) I did not know they did not take discover , I usually pay cash but I had no cash on me. The girl that cut my hair was nice, she had to defer to the manager. The manager insisted I leave my drivers license or phone and return with payment, I was not willing to drive without having my license since I live 20 minutes away and being my primary mode of transportation is by motorcycle I did not want to leave my phone either just in case I needed it for an emergency, so I had to leave my house and car keys and that was almost not good enough, like I was going to flee over a $20 haircut, I was totally embarrassed as the manager was telling me what I needed to do while cutting someone's hair so it was all out in the open for the entire store to hear. I can understand if I was a first time customer with no history but geez it just goes to show how disconnected Great Clips is from their customers.
