  • I purchased a guitar online (Rogue RD-80) for my daughters Christmas present. I showed up on Saturday to pick it up only to be told that they didn't take the guitar off the floor and had sold out. I asked them to look at other stores as this was her big gift. Adam (the manager) and Rey didn't even bat an eye, but instead of looking at other stores they fixed the problem in-house. They upgraded her to a guitar (Mitchell MD-120) that was better than the one i purchased for the same price. I am so thankful or them saving the day and in less than 30 min so i could finish the rest of my shopping. My daughter loves her guitar!!! Thank you Adam and Rey!! You have made a customer for life.
