The food is great and my office frequently orders from here for our first Friday meeting. However, I urge you to DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER if you're getting it to go. Every time I have ordered from here there was been something wrong with my order. I've worked in the service industry before so I never leave a restaurant without double checking my order. However, employees should be checking it first to make sure it matches the ticket.
Today I had ordered the portobellini for a coworker who is vegan and I specified that it was to be prepared with no cheese and no mayo, the ticket even matched said request. However, the sandwich still had mayo and cheese on it. This is not a huge ask, as it is 12pm on Friday and it's NOT BUSY. I expect a higher level of customer service than this when a restaurant isn't slammed. Management, please urger your "servers" to check tickets against orders!
