  • Horrible service. Our pool filter component cracked and emptied 1/2 our pool. The pool guy came to see what we needed and came again after 2 weeks to replace the cracked part. So one of connecting pieces was cracked as well in the break and he reconnected the new parts with the damaged and cracked connection! When I confronted him, he argued with me for quite a while. He told me he would not report the damaged part to our home warranty as it was not leaking. This job was incomplete. Such a disappointment that there are not very many honest service men out there.
